One Handful of Chocolate Drops
You will also need:
One Mixing Bowl
One Muffin Tray
12 Cupcake Cases
Method:
Preheat your oven to gas mark 4.
Mix the flour and caster sugar together in a bowl - sieve if necessary, you don't want any lumps.
Add in the cocoa powder, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and combine.
Pour in the water, vegetable oil and vanilla extract, and whisk together.
Once a smooth, runny mixture, sprinkle in some chocolate drops.
Place 12 cupcake cases into your muffin tray, and divide your mixture between each case.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
I hope you enjoy this very simple cupcake recipe!
You could frost with a dusting of icing sugar, a spoonful of melted chocolate, or leave them as they are. They are pretty delicious warmed up in the microwave and served with ice cream...just a suggestion! ;)
See you later this week!
